Neil is going to start the process to renew his LMO asap. As there is a 6 month time limit in which to then activate the TWP, so he can activate it shortly before his current one runs out if PER has not arrived by then (which it should have done!)
Yes, I can get an Open Work Permit - I have just made some enquiries about a job today and Neil has gone to see a house rental, so fingers crossed on both fronts .
London are clearly getting somewhere on >June apps now, so it can't be long before we are all getting some news. It also seems that they are working at strange hours and days, so maybe the overtime will do us all good .

Hi - well that's one good thing then - I did not realise you can get an LMO in advance. At least then he will have it as backup if your PR is not finalized by then.

As you say it SHOULD be, but it doesn't hurt to have backup plans in place! I have a feeling we're looking at maybe July for our PR visas. Just depends which side of 17th July as to whether we have to supply renewed PCCs or not!

" a friend which was under FSW1,,,,, he got his medicals in Oct 2010,,,,,,,done medicals and sent the passport and Right of landing fee in Nov 2010 but on Jan 19 he received his passport back saying that it is not in good condition( they said lamination is not good),,,nd told him to reissue the passport and send again,,,,while he was doing that,,,on 22 Feb he got a VERIFICATION CALL ,,,,,,,they called him and his employer at the same time,,,,3 or 4 mistakes were there..... he received a letter from CHC ND,,,stating that they think his experience is not authentic,,,,and there are DISCREPANCIES in the verification done by them and they have asked to clear his stand,,,
so all my friends Please be ware after medicals also,,,
DO NOT MAKE MISTAKES AND PLEASE DO TAKE CARE"

This refers to the application for permanent residence in Canada that you recently submitted to the Centralized Intake Office in Sydney, Nova Scotia. Your application is currently in process however the payment you submitted with your application has not cleared the bank. Your processing fees have thus not been paid. In order to proceed with the processing of your application we require payment of the processing fees.Please provide an acceptable form of payment to our office. Payments MUST be received by our office within 30 days of the date of this letter. Failure to supply payment within this timeframe will result in the closure of your file.
They Issued a B0…………….. Number and E00 number for me and advice me to use this number for futer correspondence . I donot know is it positive or negative. I already resend my payment today . Please give your comments.

you should be happy because CIO gives you a second chance....
it is a positive thing because the applicants in July , august and September weren't lucky. the CIO didn't give them a second chance if a mistake like that happen and they return the application back directly. but you must know what was the problem in the first payment that makes CIO unable to take their fee.
if u pay by CC the CIO will take their money after 1 or 2 weeks of receiving file.

I need to know if I should include just the RECENT bank certificate or 6months of bank statement to support my proof of funds?
ND VO requires only current bank certificate as per my understanding. Will my application be treated adversely if I do not provide 6 month statement.....any feedback.

Not required We just gave them the current bank balance certificate. In case they ask for a 6 months statement alter, we are more than happy to provide
