Sounds like a PER to me.
my E-cas shows the same and i got PER on 14 feb.
Did you use agent? if yes then CIO must have sent PER to your agent's email address.

Hi There !!!!!

Thanks for your reply....i did use a consultant...but I gave my own email address and mailing address...but since I have 2 applications...could they have sent it to the other consultant I used for my first application???

Ahhhhhhh.....I wish things would be clearer...and I wish i never went to this consultant in the first place....cos one thing is for sure....my application wasnt at CIO on 14th October ...(like the consultant told me)....it was there on 16th November....so please can someone update the tracker ......

Don't worry my status is showing similar information and I got my PER on the date mentioned.
Funny thing is that , E-cas status first showed Application received > CIO-S Eligibility review complete> IN PROCESS ( With med result bug)> again back to CIO-S eligibility review complete.
Now if you click on the present status, it shows the similar message that you are receiving now.

In my opinion this E-CAS system is showing bogus information or at least not correct information.
I prefer to wait a little longer and hear directly from my VO.
Your case sounds like a PER. Relax friend.

-Thanks,
zahed

Agreed Wayne. VO eligibility review is nothing but employment and background checks. The person in question got his PER in January and lets say it took him a maximum of 40 days after PER to get a negative reply from VO. Maybe they didnt get a satisfactory reply from his employer. So does that mean 2nd AORs are issued after VO completes the employment verification etc?

This may be one reason to disqualify my friend's application.

Thank You for your information Mr.Wayne. I forward this to my friend.

Erm, Wayne is my forename not my surname, so you can just call me "Wayne" ;)

Hi Everyone!

Today my eCas changed from "In Process" to "Received by VO". When I clicked on it, it says that the medicals have been received. I hope we hear from ND VO soon to clear all the confusion

Hope everyone has a nice weekend :-)

Greetings All,

Have been away(read busy upto my ears) for awhile now. Apologies on not assisting with the tracker.

My Status now reads,

Received by VO

(and then)

We received your application for permanent residence on September 21, 2010.

Medical results have been received.

We reviewed your application and sent you a letter on January 25, 2011. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.

Is it right to assume an AOR is on the way?
