Application for sponsorship outside of canada class

Hello
My wife lives in India and we got married in india this april,
She had a visitor visa and after getting her passport staus changed to married and all and collecting necessary documents, she came to canada this june.
Now my question is, I wanted to sponsor her outside of canada, not InCanada class( as it takes more time).
Is that allowed, can i sponsor her like that if she is on a visitor visa with return ticket, visiting canada?

Yes you sure can and I suggest you do that . Just make sure she does not overstay her visitors visa deadline unless there is a renewal.
