Unfortunately not. After going through the selection process it forwards me to a number which is unavailable for the area I am calling from! I emailed "question@cic.gc.ca" as suggested by one of the representatives that I spoke to when someone picked up the call. Got a response 5 hours later that I should be using IRCC's webform to communicate with CIC.Que Em said:I was just wondering if the cancellation had anything to do with your dependent's PCC. But, based on this, "Your Police certificate from India was not provided. This document is required based on address/background history from January 2006 to July 2009. It appears you resided six months or more in that country...", it seems the officer was somehow unable to find your PCC from India.
Any luck with the call center?
Sad part is, they haven't refunded the money.. else I could have gone ahead with a second application!
