hey y'all..
i'm at 459....losing hope really....but u guys are really high up there, im sure u 500 plus ppl dont need a pnp....im thinking of sending my oopnp application, btw they do have a first come first serve basis to fill up their 2700 allocated nominations for 2015. atleast thats what they have transpired, i have no canadian work ex or any ties to ontario but im still thinking f taking a chance with the $$$s....like i said losing hope in EE draws :(....any advice ?
It's hard to know man, no way to know for sure when the next draw will be or what the points cutoff will be. I guess if you have the $ to spare mite as well spend the 1500.

Guys, there is no reason for panic. I'm definitely sure that the cut-off will fall to 450 points. Let's see: there are merely no applicants with scores 550-750. And the number of candidates who score 500-550 is also very low.

The highest number of candidates is from 450 to 500.

The CIC cannot invite only those candidates who hold LMIA or PNP. This will discredit the whole system.

Everyone who scores above 450 can be sure of getting ITA. But it can take some time. Maybe in the end of the year. All you need is patience.

BTW I score 415 and keep cool. I do not rush to accept the OOPNP

I wouldn't worry either, but it's tough not to loose patience when you don't know when the next draw is and whether we'll have to wait 1 or 6 months before an ITA. Patience and perseverance are essential skills for immigration hopefuls. Personally it's my 3rd year trying various immigration pathways. I've done my waiting, I'm tired of the uncertainty.
Big breath and back to being optimistic.

Im at 534 and hopeful but not totally confident of getting ITA without PNP. Tomorrow will be 3 weeks since the last draw. Certainly enough candidates in the pool in the 400's and up to justify a draw in this range so if there's no draw would be interesting. Like I said I do believe that points will likely drop but at the same time my concern is there will be thousands of 700+ candidates entering the pool in coming months from the new OOPNP (and additional PNP's and LMIA's) so I'm thinking if there's no draw by the week after next (full month since last draw) I will bite the bullet and apply for PNP.

I share your opinion. If the cut-off does not fall in the nearest future, I'll grab my PT and apply for Ontario.

I am at 457. I would see a few more draws and then decide whether to OOPNP.

That being said, they should just make an LMIA/PNP nomination a PR requirement, and why bother with an express entry points system?
