Second draw's cutoff was ~818 and third draw's cutoff is ~808 and there were around ~850 people given an ITA during this third draw. There are also apparently a very large number of people who have a LMIA and barely over 700 points in total that aim at getting an ITA under the foreign skill trades program. I think even we guys with scores between 450 and 600 are in for a long wait.

unless they hold a CEC specific draw like they said they might and I'm hoping they will... please, please!

I need to know if I make a profile on CIC for Canadian express entry and later on i get better score in ielts, should i am able to update my ielts score on Candadian express entry profile . As i am thinking to give one more try to get better score in ielts.

People skipping grades and gets their PhD at age of 24 or earlier because they are incredibly smart. Then works in Canada for 5 years. And because they are so smart, they can pick up English and French easily and score high.
And they spent all their time studying, s/he have no time for a relationship and therefore would be single (joking )

And these people will get trumped by a cook with minimal language and education but gets a job and LMIA from their relatives. (Or other occupations)

Yes. One can update IELTS score in their EE profile, when it improves.

Minimum score for the last draw was 735. I think they might do a CEC only draw before they get to FSW.

Try to improve your score
There are things that you can do to improve your score and increase your chances of being drawn from the Express Entry pool. For example, you may want to:

secure a valid job offer using:
Job Bank, or
by promoting yourself to employers in Canada using private sector job boards,
contact provinces and territories to be considered in a Provincial Nominee Program,
improve your language score,
improve your education, or
gain more relevant work experience.

refreshing this toppic as it seems there is a number of us without ITA and with a score of 450+
I am at 455

Seeing the last draw and the previous ones, I think the next draw will be above 470 :/

I am at 475...was very optimistic but the last draw made me nervous now.
