Oh, I hope they clear applications of at least all of us who have reached MR stage.Poco_cro said:I would also like to add that with the 1ST of July starts the annual vacation seasson, so I belive that Vienna is going to slow down a bit because of that.
See you all on the adriatic coast (before Canada)!
P.s. This is maybe your last summer vacation in Europe, so use it wisely!
if nothing, that would be polite, at least!alok4best said:Oh, I hope they clear applications of at least all of us who have reached MR stage.
A very early good morning to everyone.strangersr said:if nothing, that would be polite, at least!![]()
Maybe it relates to those who spent more than 6 (is it 6?) months abroad and require PCC from those countries. Anyway, it does seem to take them longer nowadays.alok4best said:A very early good morning to everyone.
Browsing through some of the subforums I stumbled upon somthing really insteresting.
Not sure it its the same case with Vienna, but a lot of ppl have been highlighting that after MR, RPRF and PPR took a long time to come.
In some cases, even more than 6 months.
When some of the applicants obtained GCMS notes, they realised it had to do criminal background checks being done.
Some ppl also suggest that the more the number of countries you have been to, the more chances of this getting delayed.
Just wondering how it is with Vienna, coz ppl here have normally got RPRF and PPR in roughly 1-2 weeks after completing medicals.
I just hope Vienna are doing all such verifications before sending MR emails
I also wonder why VOs have to do such detailed criminality checks despite having asked applicants to furnish original PCCs in first place.
yeah, looks like that. but then it should be faster for people who have already obtained police clearances and sent them to Vienna.Supergirl said:Maybe it relates to those who spent more than 6 (is it 6?) months abroad and require PCC from those countries. alok4best, i understand why you are asking, and it is totally legit question. it does not make sense to ask for PCs and then get stuck verifying the same. there's no point on doing both activities. We also have only PCs from our native countries, and we've been waiting whole month already. and let me point out, that i've sent PCs with an initial application, and it was still valid when they asked for it again. it's plain dumb.alok4best said:yeah, looks like that. but then it should be faster for people who have already obtained police clearances and sent them to Vienna.
Lets see, I have 1 year stay in UK and more than a year in Germany. Will get to know very soon if thats the case.
Yeah, completely agree with you.strangersr said:alok4best, i understand why you are asking, and it is totally legit question. it does not make sense to ask for PCs and then get stuck verifying the same. there's no point on doing both activities.
