I have the DITTO SAME CASE as yours similarly at 4pm i got a mail from same address without any attachment, i have also forwarded a query at the link and they replied back(AUTO-RESPONSE) that in 15 days they will reply me about this...kindly update me what ever info you get from chc or regrading our case

these are the numbers : 051-2086000/051-2086348 ( I guess this is canadian officer number, sometime GORA pick the call up!!! )

these are old contact numbers which my family used to get the information for visas ... last 4 years I did not contact !!! please let me know what they said..

there is a major possibility that it is just an update in reference to our cases, but the point of confusion is about the attached document , as if you see the email is mainly about the attached document and there is no attached document at all......... this is why we need to get this thing sorted out by those who applied through paper based application and did get a medical..............
