Amounts are correct unless CIC revised them. Please take a look at international.gc.ca/islamabad fee's page to verify. This is assuming that you are applying for study permit for yourself as well as your son (he should be 6+ and school going) and "open work permit" for your wife.

Definitely! You have to fill all 3 forms for your wife. Work permit form (there is an option to chose 'open work permit'), Family information form and IMM52557 Schedule 1.

There will be 3 forms for you and your son EACH and 3 for your wife. Total of 9 forms. The only difference would be that your and your son's forms would be Study visa application form, where as those for your wife would be work permit form.

Yeah the sequence is right. But don't confuse IMM5257 Schedule 1 form as TRV. If you are applying for only trv, the form is called IMM5257 (WITHOUT SCHEDULE 1) which is different from this form whose name includes schedule 1. In your case it is only a declaration which confirms if you have had any government job, political affiliations etc.

For your current case the selection you mentioned above is correct.

i applied on 24th july but embessey sent mein mail that they required updated letter of acceptance so i send them updated letter on 9th september.can i get my visa.
i have done O levels with 85 percent and A levels with 3B's and 7.0 in ILETS and a million dollars in bank statements and i even paid my fee.

YES - you should fill it. Please don't trust precise instructions. There have been mistakes and i have suffered returned applications twice due to similar things.

The second time i went to fedex for submission, i pointed out the exact same thing and they told me. "Your application will return if this trv form (imm5257 schedule 1) is not included - even for kids". This is the norm in Pakistan and every one must submit this form. It is also written in instructions that you ONLY need to fill this form, if you answered "YES" to any of related questions in the previous form. Again ignore this and fill this form too.

Lastly, even if they don't require it, an additional form doesn't hurt. But a missing one does.
