Expect your Call in 2nd week of Dec

You can Improve your Case and Don't Forget to Do the Following Steps.

- Add 10 Lacs More to Your Account
- Explain him In You SOP that you Have Paid One Year Fees and Receipt is Attached.
- Explain that How The " 36 Lac " Amount will Be Used i-e
-You will Pay Remaining 6 thousand Fees
-12 Thousand Living Expenses
-6 LAC Travelling Expenses
- Explain that your are Genuine student and you don't need to work
- Explain Your Income Sources
- Add Any tax Information your Have Paid

These Points will Clear your First Reason of Refusal
Now the Second Point of Refusal

- Explain that you have Strong Family Ties in Pakistan
- Show them Any Property that you Have in Pakistan
- Do Not Show them Too many Sources of Income as it Will Confuse Visa Officer
- Clearly tell him that you have the money in your account ready for your Study

Bro the real issue with ur APP was funding, normally they take 1 genuine reason and attach several stupid reasons with it.

- u have paid 1 year fee thats good
- u only hav 25 lac in ur account and you got that all by selling the only property u had
- u have 4 sister and 1 brother in Pak, since u showed all your property whose net worth is approx 35-40 lac
- looking at your expenses(concordia fee calculator) your 2 year expenses for tuition+health insurance is about 34,000$
- then travelling and living would go upto total of 50,000$ for 2 years.
- in the end the VO has made the correct decision IMO for low funds. Keeping in mind that you have so many siblings in Pak aswell.....
- ur age gap between studies is too long, which can make th VO think you r not a genuine student......
this was just my assessment, please it was not meant offend you

Yes that will Improve your Case Keep the money in Your Own Account and Send them the Updated Receipt of Fees paid.

Explanation letter is Very Very Important for you Ryt now, Clear Each Point as i Told You.

Today I have got Rejection !!! Due to following reasons

1. I am not satisfied that You have sufficient and available financial resources without working in Canada.
2. You have not satisfied me that you would leave Canada at the end of your stay. In reaching this decision, I consider that: Your personal assets and financial status and financial status.


I have showed: 26 lacs bank statement plus paid 1-year tuition fee (6000 CAD$) program is 1-1/2year.

Kindly advise me what I need to improve?


that's sad ...but don't give up ..u got the same reasons of refusal as I had. DO as Waseem n Hanaan are advicing..do make a cover letter before u re-apply...mention thoroughly about ur monthly income status. keep things clear n simple this time...Good Luck
