Yes she was refused in 2011, because she applied in college and offer was conditional, and that she will not leave Canada. However, this time she applied in university, and got advanced standing becuase she did 3 yrs diploma from Australian University, Malaysia with distinction. She is graduating in December. I really want her to get visa this time.
She has properties in her name, fee is paid, strong financial documents are attached. I explained in letter of explanation that her visa was refused and due to conditional offer and ties. However she travelled to UK, and other countries in between and always left within the authorized time period etc. I hope they do not make a big fuss about the visit visa which she applied from malaysia. They rejected saying that she doesnt have permanent status in Malaysia, so she will not return.

Now I applied online and Visa office I selected is ISB. Lets see what happens next.

Good luck..online is quick and effective...I cant see any fuss as u have mentioned the profile..its quite impressive.Its just how u present them. what she applied for ? Masters? and is it relevant wid the earlier one she did...?

Now she applied in houours in Business Admin-Accounting at windsor. She got 1.5 years of transfer credits and now have to do 2.5 yrs to get the honours degree.

What about Financials? Whos supporting her? U made sure tht u attached every Ifs n Buts? Thy refused my initially for not detailing abt my fathers monthly income n other resources

Thanks. Our father passed away 3 yrs ago, so I can't attend his financials. My brother is running our family business and owns a factory in sundar estate. So he and my mother provided the letter that shows they will support her studies and expesnes. Also attached the bank statements in Pakistan, and almost 30K in my mothers account in canada as well. We also attached the Income Tax papers for both the businesses. Attached the fees receipt. Property documents. She also have couple of properties in her name which my mother bought for her duing last couple of years. We attached all I could think of. However, I did not attach the educational docs. Only attached the IELTS that she did in Oct. They didnt ask for educational docs.
