Today I have got Rejection !!! Due to following reasons

1. I am not satisfied that You have sufficient and available financial resources without working in Canada.
2. You have not satisfied me that you would leave Canada at the end of your stay. In reaching this decision, I consider that: Your personal assets and financial status and financial status.


I have showed: 26 lacs bank statement plus paid 1-year tuition fee (6000 CAD$) program is 1-1/2year.

Kindly advise me what I need to improve?

Man i'm so tensed coz i had done medical and now at 5pm gt call from TCS to collect Visa tomorrow, m not sure I got visa or not coz CHC didn't send me email Aproval till now. Kal ja k pata lge ga

Bro show ur property, parents an dsiblings ID cards showing Pakistani citzenship and write in SOP u'll come back

I read That but bro u don't have enuf funds simply coz u hav only 1 house that u already sold and just paid 6000$ aswell. problem is u have a whole family bak at home and if u end up spnding evrythng on urself u wnt hav any left fr ur famly so VO says u hav insufficient funds

Thats very sad to hear that.

You can Improve your Case and Don't Forget to Do the Following Steps.

- Add 10 Lacs More to Your Account
- Explain him In You SOP that you Have Paid One Year Fees and Receipt is Attached.
- Explain that How The " 36 Lac " Amount will Be Used i-e
-You will Pay Remaining 6 thousand Fees
-12 Thousand Living Expenses
-6 LAC Travelling Expenses
- Explain that your are Genuine student and you don't need to work
- Explain Your Income Sources
- Add Any tax Information your Have Paid

These Points will Clear your First Reason of Refusal
Now the Second Point of Refusal

- Explain that you have Strong Family Ties in Pakistan
- Show them Any Property that you Have in Pakistan
- Do Not Show them Too many Sources of Income as it Will Confuse Visa Officer
- Clearly tell him that you have the money in your account ready for your Study

Me and my mother has mutual account for study purpose.

I can see that most of those who applied in Nov., got rejections for these same reasons. May be they have reached their yearly visa cap and will start issuing next year. Those who were at the medical stage will get their visas for remainder of the year.
