I am a Pakistani student and got admission in masters program of Concordia university in Canada. I have around 25 lac in my bank account (plus a tuition fee of first two semester) but this money has just been added a week ago, I cannot wait for 4 months since my classes are starting before that, can you tell what should I do? Can anyone tell me is it advisable to get a running finance or a loan? What is the difference between them?
( P.S My father also has a property worth of around 55 lac... )

Bro 4 month bank staement is not a must a month even is OK i showed 50 lac for 1 month only

dear wash as sharjeel mentioned the reason was insufficient documents...I shown bank statement but forgot to mention my father's buissness and monthly income.
