My friend on study visa in Austaralia when he completed his diploma then he took addmission in another course he back to India for some family issues when he went back to Australia immigration not gave him entry and he came back to India from Sydney airport is this is any crime or is this security issue if he will apply for Canada pr visa please reply if someone has answer.

From what you are saying, it seems to be a clear case of deportation. If you are ask me, its an big issue but I'm not able to understand on what basis was he deported?
