was he having valid study visa while his deportation if yes then it could be security if not then no issues in Canadian PR...


Rest we need to know more about the case before suggesting anything...

My friend on study visa in Austaralia when he completed his diploma then he took addmission in another course he back to India for some family issues when he went back to Australia immigration not gave him entry and he came back to India from Sydney airport is this is any crime or is this security issue if he will apply for Canada pr visa please reply if someone has answer.

[size=15pt]With the grace of Shree Waheguru Ji, I have got My visa from NewDelhi on Monday 03/09/12.

I have got my all original docs with CORP which is printed on a paper longer than A4 size.To be honest,I was numb to see the postman as my ecas with Canadian Address wasn't updated b4 the postman came and it was updated on 04/09/12. Which is a day after my PP received. Now I can't believe on my eye and this good news. I make excuse to look at my PP and CORP 4-5 times a day.lol

Sorry for updating the news bit late coz there were some family issues going on, best of luck to all members, especially to surust,jitu, spartan,goti,jaggy,rawlin and finally my big bro babbu mann (creator of thread and nice person to have with me). You all have make this journey of wait short for me. During the waiting time, I must have hurt some hearts and I wish all of them a very quick process from heart and feeling sorry if someone is annoyed with me. We will remains in touch for as long as possible.

Congrats Smip86.....really happy for you and worried for myself.

My friend whose 2nd line was added to ecas on 7th July(same NOC as mine), has got an interview call today scheduled for 4th Oct.

Its been 10 days since 2nd line added to my ecas and no MR(this makes me anxious and a lot more worried). If even I need to wait for 2 months and then interview call(this thought is making me sick ).

the only thing I can do is pray and hope.......I need ur wishes guys......plz plz pray for my MR(if you think I have helped you even once on this thread.)

That's y i could not log into the forum. I got .dm on 27 and Canadian address on 31 st Aug then finally India post with visa on passport and copr on 2 nd Sep surprisingly on Sunday . Having fun guys. I wish all the very best for you guys for speedy process.
