My friend on study visa in Austaralia when he completed his diploma then he took addmission in another course he back to India for some family issues when he went back to Australia immigration not gave him entry and he came back to India from Sydney airport is this is any crime or is this security issue if he will apply for Canada pr visa please reply if someone has answer.

In my opinion,
If he has a breezing visa then an IO might reject your entry ...
Generally breezing visa is given to stay in Australia for jobs and further study program if one goes to home country then thats the risk
But if have file/applied for PR in Australia as a student then IO will have no problem...
