Sorry to interfere in your discussion...but what kind of agent you are talking about. If you are talking about jab placement agent then please be very clear 99% of agents have no knowledge about Job domains, they are just kind of sales agent who just commit employer to arrange manpower for interviews. I am dealing with prominent placement agencies in Toronto and where I have experience in capital markets and banking system operations I have never come across a intelligent agent who can ask me cross questions It is only the head of deptt at clients office I met sometimes who have knowledge about stuff.

It is pathetic that we have to depend upon stupid job agents to forward our resume to employers, where they have no idea which candidate has much potential or good experience and they choose a candidate who seems to have similar canadian education, experience or many times a CANADIAN SURNAME........ if you wanna see the magic just change your last name to "SMITH" or first name as "Jacob" on your resume and see the difference. In Canada it is OK to use second name at work than your real name... so just try..... my name is Jitender but almost 90% of my colleagues know me as "TOM" at one of top 5 Canadian bank.

We have to start from scratch when we will be in Canada...May be you will get directly hired because you have so called foreign credentials...
I have none i have to go their and do co-op programs and have to do via agent for job..and surely have to do my credential assessed...
I have also meet reinsurance representative who are in top level job in Europe and there surname is started with Pabla & Singh and has the authority to adjust the commission rate ....But this is this MR. Tom ...Sorry dont want to write these words but have to...its a national integrity i have to defend...
As per my short stay in Europe i have to go through agent and then they pass it to employer..i have done intern in few aboard organization and in my field its all work so i never feel biased...

hi guyz,
finally completed my medicalz with dr frainy palia in mumbai...
it took 2 hrs approx for everything...prettymuch simple...only hurdle for me was mumbai traffic...bloody it took me 2 and half hours for me to drive from my place to clinic for 2 hr procedure..which is approx half and hour without traffic from my residence....
so in total 4 and half hrs travelling time for 2 hr work...hah...
and also submitted my RPRF/PASSPORT as well...
anyways goodluck to those who r waiting for MR/DM...

If anyone need assistance in ticket I can try to provide reference in delhi where you can buy very cheap tickets " someone two days back bought Delhi-Amstrdam-YYZ for just INR33500 departing 31aug" . Also as I was working with foreign exhange company before I can provide you reference for good exchange rates too.

Secondly I am living in toronto for last three years, and just want to add little advise that if you don't have relatives in mississauga don't land in that village. you should settle in Toronto or Etobicoke area because of ease of transit and job market. I can't just describe in words what would you feel like if you live in mississauga.

I will keep it short and wont add my friends and family who are well placed at top management position with real names.
