Without the credential assessment the agent (Which Agent you are talking about? May be you are talking about recruiter) will not forward the resume....
We cant apply for the job directly should be done via agent... (Who Told you that?) (So many companies hire direct)
Agent scrutinize us from interview if agent found us eligible will forward then to employers......(Trust me again on this just your resume shows everything your education and experience) to be honest no any company verifies your education credentials they don't need it...
But for the job which you undertake as per NOC i think your marks will not play a role but your credential will do and have to top with some kind of Canadian experience......
My resume shows my education( no marks at all Canadian resume style does not has marks)
I have worked in RBC Bank, State Farm Insurance, TD Bank Call centre...
trust me on this again
you send your resume to recruiter and they see if your qualification and experience matches the job description and requirement,
they call you for interview in their office (don't ask you to come with certificates or anything just your resume), If they like you then they send your resume to company, if company likes your resume they tell recruiter to fix an interview..
again you go with just your resume(put in a file though), company interviews you and tells you they will comment on interview to recruiter and you can contact your recruiter.
after your recruiter calls you or sends you email to ask for references (most of the time they ask for profession references two or three depends on recruiting company policy.
some companies have requirement of (Background check (means references check they call your previous employers or send them email, criminal record check and credit history check)
This is the whole procedure to get job sometimes not even this buddy..
mostly companies ask for just references and criminal record check thats all.
Thanks
