the ecas seems to be down..have been trying for last 40mins without luck..

Any one facing similar issue ?

Yup..most of the e-services on CIC are down...tried many times but no luck.

Lots of Rumors bro, ( All will be answered after july 012)
1. Proposed new point based system for MI5.
2. Proposed to hold MI5 till jan 013. ( to process backlog)
3. Credential assessment before application.
4. Low IELTS score for few NOC..Minimum IELTS for few NOCS.
5. To reset the same cap and same noc as per old system ( 29 occupation demanded list with 500 cap and global cap of 10,000)
