Hey Babbu,

Yesterday you asked us LVO guys if any of us have received the MR after getting the 2nd line in ecas and we told you no one had.

Well I just got my MR today in the post!!!!!!! my ecas 2nd line was dated the 7th July 2012

Once the file arrives at the processing office
Applications that have received a final positive eligibility determination and a point score that is equal
or greater than the pass mark are transferred to the visa office for further processing.

OP 6B Federal Skilled Workers- Applications received on or after June 26, 2010
Once the file arrives at a processing office from the CIO, the office should not change the “Application
received date” in GCMS. This field must remain unchanged as it used for calculating processing times
and for counting the global and specific caps.
The officer will proceed to make a final decision on an assessment of selection factors (R76) and
admissibility (A34 to 42).

13.2 Procedure – Assessing the application against FSW selection criteria
This decision is separate from the CIO’s eligibility determination.


My views: (read the fonts in Italics above) For all those who think MI3 would be messed up once MI5 comes in picture. They do have to take care of processing times for MI2 and 3. Hope this brings a smile on ur faces

Cheers, I can't +1 you anymore as it keeps telling me something about Karma.

I do have the AEO which we did in September, so it has still been a long road.

Hoping for some more good news from everyone in the very near future. MI3 seems to have been ignored for most of June.
