I had similar comments on my GCMS. What's your timeline? did you get PER?

Thank you Viva2014, noc4012NOV2014 and gavin_cic for your replies!

You cannot "alter" the original application materials. CIC may not keep copies of them, but the system may have corresponding information such as types and hours of working experiences.
You d better submit these materials as well as the up-to-date working experiences if u have.
There is not another choice for you. Do what CIC requests you to do no matter the working experiences of a full-time student is counted or not. At least take a try, right?
Anyway, do not give CIC one more excuse to reject you.

Yeah, I'm not planning un changing the letters (or even updating them, that might be more confusing for them and we have established they are not great when it comes to reading comprehension LOL). And I agree with you, better not mention this about being a full time student vs. counting experience and give them an excuse.

There is one other thing I would like to ask you. The CC that I used for the application will expire by the end of this month. Should I fill out a new Fee Payment Form with my new CC just in case they decide to accept me? I now that this will certainly be confusing for them, but I could attach a cover letter explaining. Is this too risky?

I would update the CC if I were you. All materials are prepared for the case of CIC accepting your application.
Wish you the best!

I only have this one line information in CIC website:
We received your application for permanent residence on December 1, 2014.

I got the email on Feb 18 telling:
"Based on a review of the information you have provided, your application has received a positive determination of eligibility to be processed..."

What PER refers to?

Thanks

PER=positive eligibility review

As other members mentioned, your file will be assessed on the basis of the Ministerial Instructions in place at the time of submission which means your work experience while you were a full-time student will be taken into account. I'm not surprised that your immigration consultant has provided you with misleading counsel; that's what they often do!

My suggestion is: write a concise cover letter and make it very clear that the letter is not meant to be a piece of your application (your letter's date will also support that). Rather, it only serves as a means of clarification. Also mention that you have renewed your payment form just in case your file is put into processing again. Don't REPLACE your old form... simply staple the new one to your cover letter along with a COPY of the correspondence you have received from the CIC rep. Then enclose this bundle to your old file's envelope and put everything in a package and mail them to CIC.

Good luck!

Dear all,
Finally, after I called cpo-o yesterday and checked if my medical has been received, I got third line updated. Meanwhile, the officer replied my email saying:

Dear client,

Your application appears nearly complete. It is presently in queue for a final review. We will be in contact with you to advise on any further actions that may be required on your part.

We thank you for your patience,

What is "final review"??
