If Dany1982 decides to reapply, then it's probably a good idea to also include his rejection email. If Ottawa is consistent in assigning points, then he should be FOR SURE eligible after improving his language by 2 more points, even IF he reapplies using the EXACT same supporting documents as before (though it's probably still a good idea to also include more details and responsibilities in the reference letters this time). That way, we can tell if Ottawa really was just looking for an excuse to reject applications, or if their reason was truly legit.TyrusX said:Yes. Try doing the CELPIP right away! It's much easier.
