I only gave the photocopy, and my own translation. And I got my PER.mengoose said:I would like to ask about national IDs and household registration documents. Has anyone got their PER without sending their national IDs?
I am from China and to my fellow Chinese: do we need to provide notarized shenfenzheng and hukou? Thanks!
Assume, there are 1 million applicants evevry year, and the cap is still 1000. You will know the answer. They made this system to avoid new backlogs.polestar707 said:Thank you for this info. I hope you are right.
Anyway, why cic doesn't process those applications in the second cap automatically?
Excellent explanation. Only one correction. It's the FST(Trades) that has a cap of 3000 applicants. The FSW has not been announced yet.maytheflower said:Assume, there are 1 million applicants evevry year, and the cap is still 1000. You will know the answer. No difference from 1001 applications, and only 1 unlucky applicant get returned, or 1 million applicants while 999,000 applications get returned. That is their new system.
If you check the new released FSW catologue, they also set the cap as 3000 applicants.
I didnt mean that we don't have to include CSQ. I meant including CSQ might not be a good proof of not settling in Quebec.Stuck In Quebec said:Take TEFaQ. Thats the easiest. Also rejection letter may show that you applied and didnt bother to reapply as your circumstance changed. You can blame your applying on symposiums conducted by Immi Quebec people where they paint a very rosy picture. To be very honest, these are all speculations. We have to see what the VO officer asks and one of the Quebec applicants passing through ansd sharing the experience. I might not include the CSQ in theory as you said but remember in the application atleast I declared that my CSQ was rejected as it specifically asked whether any kind of canadian visa was ever denied including CSQ. Don't hide facts, it might come and bite. The first thing they might do is check your files in Quebec office as you applied from Quebec and if you don't declare the rejection, it might count as misinformation.
How much did they give you for french? Have they given straight rejection or they gave one year to gain more points?
Yes. Sorry for the delay. My bank draft was cashed on 15 November 2012 and my current status is "In Process". Please update the information. Thanks.asbereth said:Hi northyorkca, congratulations on finally getting the PER. Can you provide us with the date your credit card got charged as well, so I can update your info on the spreadsheet? Thanks
So you got PER before your bank draft was cashed?northyorkca said:Yes. Sorry for the delay. My bank draft was cashed on 15 November 2012 and my current status is "In Process". Please update the information. Thanks.
It is normal. However, If you send your application between mid September and end of October you may receiver your application back due to the cap been reached around September 20th.Habib2012 said:Hello everyone
Please give me your opinions
I sent my application on Aug 2012 and after almost 3 months they sent my application back and said that it is incomplete because my attestation letter is not sealed. Then, I sealed my application and send it back but I haven't received any thing from them up until now. My question is that is it normal to take this long to get your file number? What should i do? How long usually take for people to get their file number these days?
When exactly did ur application reach CIO last time?Habib2012 said:Hello everyone

I didn't understand that exactly. I just stamped it with university stamp and sent it. CIO received it on 15 Oct 2012indusvision said:What is meant by seal. Does that mean stamp on the letter from university, or stamp on the seal of envelope in which the letter is enclosed?
Thanks,
Indus
