I would like to ask about national IDs and household registration documents. Has anyone got their PER without sending their national IDs?

I am from China and to my fellow Chinese: do we need to provide notarized shenfenzheng and hukou? Thanks!

I only gave the photocopy, and my own translation. And I got my PER.

Anyway, why cic doesn't process those applications in the second cap automatically?

Assume, there are 1 million applicants evevry year, and the cap is still 1000. You will know the answer. They made this system to avoid new backlogs.

No difference from 1001 applications, and only 1 unlucky applicant get returned, or 1 million applicants while 999,000 applications get returned. That is their new system.

If you check the new released FSW catologue, they also set the cap as 3000 applicants.

Excellent explanation. Only one correction. It's the FST(Trades) that has a cap of 3000 applicants. The FSW has not been announced yet.

Take TEFaQ. Thats the easiest. Also rejection letter may show that you applied and didnt bother to reapply as your circumstance changed. You can blame your applying on symposiums conducted by Immi Quebec people where they paint a very rosy picture. To be very honest, these are all speculations. We have to see what the VO officer asks and one of the Quebec applicants passing through ansd sharing the experience. I might not include the CSQ in theory as you said but remember in the application atleast I declared that my CSQ was rejected as it specifically asked whether any kind of canadian visa was ever denied including CSQ. Don't hide facts, it might come and bite. The first thing they might do is check your files in Quebec office as you applied from Quebec and if you don't declare the rejection, it might count as misinformation.

How much did they give you for french? Have they given straight rejection or they gave one year to gain more points?

I didnt mean that we don't have to include CSQ. I meant including CSQ might not be a good proof of not settling in Quebec.

They gave me an straight rejection that mailed to my address. I got 7 points out of 16 for French.

Then, I sealed my application and send it back but I haven't received any thing from them up until now. My question is that is it normal to take this long to get your file number? What should i do? It is normal. However, If you send your application between mid September and end of October you may receiver your application back due to the cap been reached around September 20th.

I didn't understand that exactly. I just stamped it with university stamp and sent it. CIO received it on 15 Oct 2012

on the letter. university didnt give me sealed letter. it doesnt give anyone such letter
