Does anybody know that how CIC awards the points for CELPIP test results? I mean for example if you got different results for different abilities like you have one 7 two 8 and one 10?

You are awarded points based on each skill separately. So you may get 6 points in one skill and 5 in another.

E-mail the GCMS team, they are very good at responding.Thats what my experience.

You are right. It was normal for applicants before May 2014. But for applicants after June 2014, it almost took 4 months for CIC to charge CC.
