Don't worry. Seems like few days more.shashidhar_sm said:Received my GCMS notes today. It is with NDVO, and Ottawa is the secondary. Security is pending and the VO's notes say it is "ready to finalize". Eligibility is 'Met'.
How much longer now guys? The weird part is the notes were last updated on 24th Nov and it has been at NDVO since. Grrrr.
Not the VO. It says 'Case Analyst'shashidhar_sm said:Received my GCMS notes today. It is with NDVO, and Ottawa is the secondary. Security is pending and the VO's notes say it is "ready to finalize". Eligibility is 'Met'.

Eligibility says "Met". That's interesting. Mine says "Not started" though A11.2 has passed (and says "Ready to finalize"). Was your file transfer done on 24th November?shashidhar_sm said:Received my GCMS notes today. It is with NDVO, and Ottawa is the secondary. Also, do you see any S.15(1) on the pages talking about admissibilities ?
Plus, my file was last updated on 20th January (seen on the first page of the notes).
Difficult to predict when the office is NDVO.shashidhar_sm said:Received my GCMS notes today. It is with NDVO, and Ottawa is the secondary. Security is pending and the VO's notes say it is "ready to finalize". Eligibility is 'Met'.

Agreed.rockytg said:Difficult to predict when the office is NDVO.
Eligibility met, ready to finalise are good signs that everything is fine with your application. However, one gets to see this in the first month itself. Remaining part that is security takes anywhere from 2 to 5 months.
NDVO is a little lazy at times in updating status of eligibility. They usually update it in one go in the end.rajkamalmohanram said:Eligibility says "Met". That's interesting. As in everything there is a pattern, we just not able to identify it. All cases go through the same workflow, the average time would be in 80% similar.rockytg said:Difficult to predict when the office is NDVO.

For me, eligibility says Recommended Passed and security is not started. But when I was on call they said that they have sent my file for security clearance on Feb 1st. (which is not indicated in my GCMS). But my A11.2 is indicated in GCMS which was on Feb 2nd. So I don't know what to believe.rajkamalmohanram said:Eligibility says "Met". That's interesting.
