Unfortunately, now-a-days, most of the call center agents from Ottawa are giving future dates to contact with them rather than providing information of application status. Just ask them politely, what is my application status right now. about security, extra verification, beyond average processing time, waiting for final review, eligibility review etc etc.sttaq said:Hi elmas, yes I can understand that. btw how do you manage to get through to the call center? I have tried them on Friday about 10 times but wasn't able to get through. Is there any specific technique?
