just received an email and when checked i found that my BG changed from NOT STARTED to NOT NEEDED AT THIS TIME.
i guess the opposite is what is supposed to happened, am i right?

I'm afraid there's no other option aside from your MyCIC account as ECAS access is not accessible anymore for EE applicants since November last year. Do you have a consultant working on you file? You can ask them to share information if that's possible otherwise you can contact the CIC call centre directly.

I do not see any document checklist or place to upload documents. All I see is a bunch of forms which need to be completed and "save and exit" at the bottom.
Any ideas? Is it that once I complete all the forms, it will create a new node to upload the documents?

bkup, I believe you have to complete the forms before the page proceeds to your personalized document submission list.

Once you complete all the form, you will see a button to continue to the next step where you will see your personalized document upload checklist.

No movement since March 24.
