Check your ITA letter, if you are invited under CEC, no need to show proof of funds. However, if you are invited under FSW (many people simultaneously qualified for FSW and CEC are invited under FSW like myself), you need to provide proof of funds

http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/funds.asp

"Unless you are currently authorized to work in Canada and have a valid job offer from an employer in Canada, or you have been invited to apply under the Canadian Experience Class, you must show that you have enough money to support yourself and your family after you get to Canada."

Thanks. I have submitted a Case Specific Inquiry with all my documents again.

What I'm wondering is, I'm on a work permit and I have a full time job as well with a big firm(I had the same when I applied for my PR and all docs are updated with CIC). Technically I should be exempt from proof of funds. Why is this a reason for rejection?

Your GCMS notes say you are FSW category, so you are not exempt from showing pof.
Raise a CSE with pof according to current limit ASAP.
I saw someone got his PR after that.

I received my GCMS notes today, it is 158 pages.
Can someone help me with it and point out the important section for me to get the information?

What is the time line for restoration ?
I need guideline .
Can I apply restoration and BOWP on same time ?
http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/resources/tools/temp/visa/validity/restoration.asp

You can't apply bowp at the same time, you need valid wp which is going to expire in next 4 months.
http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/resources/tools/temp/work/prov/bridging.asp

I wonder why didn't you apply earlier!

Guys I need help.

Timeline:
FSW Inland : 6th March 2016
AOR: 6th March 2016
Doc Req: RCMP Fingerprint 7th April

I ordered GCMS notes and got this:

Updated Date: 2016/3/24
Note: failed candidate - proof of funds appear not met

No notes after this.

I have submitted 15300 CAD as proof of Funds. It was submitted as per the requirement. Is there a reason why this note is there?
Anyone else faced this issue?

Hi, Don't you think if they (falsely) determined at an early stage (in March) that you don't meet one of their requirements, they would have returned the application that ime itself. What would they be waiting for since then?
Why is there no communication from them after March is something that I don't understand.

R10 is OK
Is there a difference between 11.2 & A11.2?

NOTES
24-Feb-2016 : Support Service Agent says, APPLICATION SENT FOR R10 REVIEW

25-Feb-2016 : AGENT REVIEW R10:OK, Criminality Decision Passed.

3-May-2016 : Case Analyst writes, EXPRESS ENTRY TRIAGE: Refer to IR. EXPRESS ENTRY REQUIREMENTS OF (A11.2): MET. After this the agent talks about :

2. RPRF - PAID
3. Passport copy available - YES
4. PNP Nomination - YES
5. Work Experience - The text from GCMS as is "WORK EXPERIENCE(S): Qualifying Period: 2006/02/21 - 2016/02/21 Case Type Assessment: FSW 1) Solution Architect - (NOC2174) 2014/08 - ongoing <<Current Organization name>>. 2015/09/11 EDOCS NUMBER(S): **** The duties listed in the letter(s) of reference appear to be consistent with the actions in the lead statement under the NOC code selected. After this there are couple of lines that are hidden (I can see edges of the text but cannot read what it says) and they is no mention of MET for work experience :(
6. IELTS - Applicant meets threshold

4-May-2016 : Again there is some text but all is hidden

5-May-2016 : File transferred to NDVO (reason : workload (re)-distribution).

What does A11.2 : MET mean?
Does anyone also got hidden text in their GCMS?

Thank you.

Thank you.
I suppose you applied along with spouse, and those information are hidden as you didn't submit consent from her.
