I suppose you applied along with spouse, and those information are hidden as you didn't submit consent from her.

I have submitted my wife's consent as well.

This is a bit confusing at the start of the notes both R10 & 11.2 are mentioned as MET but at the end there are few text hidden and after these notes my file is then transferred to NDVO. What can we make out of this?

You won't be presented with all the information present in GCMS database, some areas in the notes should be retained and not supposed to reveal to the applicants. This is common, in many GCMS recipients notes information is concealed before they were issued. If you see nothing alarming in the notes section then you are good.

Certain information qualifies for exemption pursuant to few section(s) of the Access to Information Act. Check your GCMS mail if they have hidden some info. Sometimes they hide names of BG verification agencies, process of BG verification etc. I personally feel thr is nothing wrong in your file....others to respond.
