Check your ITA letter, if you are invited under CEC, no need to show proof of funds. However, if you are invited under FSW (many people simultaneously qualified for FSW and CEC are invited under FSW like myself), you need to provide proof of funds

What I'm wondering is, I'm on a work permit and I have a full time job as well with a big firm(I had the same when I applied for my PR and all docs are updated with CIC). Technically I should be exempt from proof of funds. Why is this a reason for rejection?
