Not necessary. The primary applicant can first land and get dependents later, but all of them have to land before validity of PR landing Visa, which is typically 1 year from medicals date.

I would like to add, visa through PPR is valid earlier of

1. Expiry of Passport
2. 1 year from the date of medical

No, I dont think they have to land together. However, PA has to land first then others can follow.
Otherwise they land together.

Hope so.. Received the PPR via MYCIC message about an hour ago. Wishing luck to all the applicants

And I want to bring in some hope for Indian Applicants, for the people who are worried after submitting PCC from SSP office.
I have lived in 3 cities(3 Different States) in India since my 18th Birthday, but I submitted only one PCC from SSP office i.e. for my Native, similar is the case for my wife, She also lived in 3 states Submitted 2 PCCs for her
1. PCC for her passport address after marriage
2. PCC for her passport address before marriage

Our PCC was Geography bound but it covered all the time since our 18th Birthday. So I guess it depends on the Visa Officer.

For future applicants from India I would advise to get PCC from PSK.
