Hi Russian, as far as I remember your VO is Warsaw.
And they completed your files in 1.5 month.
So, I have couple of questions, just for statistics.
Do you have family members?
Did you traveled abroad? (If yes how many times - they may ask for appropriate foreign emb/offices)
Did you order gcms?

I think these points affect on speed

And what does "FSW1" in your category mean?

my visa office was Ottawa. I called CIC to find out.

I applied alone, no family. I travelled about 15 timed abroad, mostly Europe. I did not order GCMS.

FSW means I received direct ITA without nomination. I was eligible as a Skilled Worker. I had CRS 464 points.

I applied alone, no family. I travelled about 15 timed abroad, mostly Europe. I did not order GCMS.

FSW means I received direct ITA without nomination. I was eligible as a Skilled Worker. I had CRS 464 points.

PPR letter came from local Kiev visa office. I reside in Ukraine. PPR came on Friday, I called CIC on Thursday and they confirmed my file was in Ottawa. That means the local office just sent me a PPR letter. But my case was fully processed in Ottawa.
