So finally I received a response to my numerous emails from New Delhi CHC.
I also noticed that they changed my email's subject line with a File number starting S300...... and my Name, so this means that my file has recently been accessed. Below is the email and I hope that now my application is really "under processing" and hopefully I should get the decision within 4 to 15 working days max!

I applied on 14th june at vfs delhi. File recieved by chc nd on 17th june.
Didnt got any call or any email but on 26th got my passport stamped.

Allhamdullilah - Great to see the progress!!! Dont worry now... everything will happen and will happen for good. No matter what the decision is, Allah knows better!!

I pray you get what you have dreamed of and I hope you get the best of it In Sha Allah!!!

I am also planning for Jan'14 intake (Haven't completely decided the course yet but looking around for a 2 year PGD around Human Resource). I am open (in-fact in REAL need) for suggestions because I am going crazy at this moment.

Have to arrange funds/ look into colleges/ courses / go through IELTS and many more things that I am not aware of .

Please remember in your prayers. I am really stressed and lost complete interest in my 4 years of working experience because of my plan of going to Canada.

In the end, Allah Knows Better, May he guide you and me and everyone seeking help on this forum to the right path!!

reyhan bro , thanks for your concern .... No update yet as 29th and 30th June were Weekend and 1st July is official holiday of CHC in lieu of CANADA DAY celebration.
So the next working day is 2nd July and lets see what's in store by the 5th of July before the next weekend.

sick and tired of being sick and tired and waiting for visa decision.

Everyone is getting the decision from CHC New Delhi but me .... Applications from Hyderabad and Mumbai VFS office are being processed by CHC Delhi in record setting time of just 2 working days ..... and my application is just gathering dust for over 8 weeks now.

This week also has only 1 more working day left followed by another weekend.
My patience is being tested and I will wait 2 weeks more.

i got a mail today from CHC and it has a pdf file attached.

It says :

Your application to study or work in Canada has been approved.

Your study or work permit will be issued to you upon arrival in Canada, subject to your compliance with the
requirements of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act and its Regulations. It will allow you to study or
work in Canada for a temporary period only. Read the terms and conditions carefully.

Does this mean my visa is approved and i will receive my stamped passport ??

I am checking on VFS tracking and it is still showing as processing status.

Hi i have submitted visa application at VFS Hyd today
i am applied Under university category Lakehead University

Profile : B.tech--73 %
Ielts -6.5

Funds ; Tuition Fee paid : $ 5000
Educational Loan : INR 20,00,000 (equal to $ 36,000)

I have submitted the Document's mentioned in the University check list no other documents ?
is it enough to get visa ?

Yes bro congrats , you got your Visa!..... hopefully by now you must have received your stamped passport.
I just wish all of us who have been patiently waiting get the same approval email.
