Anyone got SPP Visa (approved/refused) for Sep 2013 intake from New Delhi?

I don't understand how they process the visa, some are getting it after 3 days, other have been waiting for 2 months from the same CHC, Mine is under process since may 31st, my brother is under process since may 22nd.

From what i see, it's like when one VO started processing an application, he's the one who will complete it and unfortunately the VO who's processing our Application might be on strike idk.

but no matter how long the night last the sun will end up shining, so let's wait and let's God's will be done.

It may not be correct who knows ... but it makes perfect sense for people like us who are waiting for their visas since the month of May 2013.

and yes no matter how long the dark night lasts , the sun will shine bright and bring daylight next morning!

I just wish we all get our visas after all this waiting and delay. I am not prepared for anymore torture.

I am waiting since 23rd MAY. Submitted my file at Chandigarh.. I guess We all MAY-submitted guys are facing delays as the CHC has started processing the June applicants and most them have got visa...

Guyz who applied to Chandigarh dont hav to worry cause there are 100s of cases pending along with them. But there are very very few ppl who are still waiting who applied before 15th june in Delhi.
There is seriously no point in comparing the cases frm two different CHCs, the situation, the number of delays, and the reasons for delays are(must be) completely different at delhi n chandiharh.

My course is starting on September 2nd, same with my bro.We've been accepted at Universite Laval, Quebec
For Azahar I think it's end of august,What about you, when is your course starting?
I also hate waiting that much, week days are going so fast and week-end are going so slow.
I pray it ends up well for all of us, and we will meet there in Canada.
