Anyone got SPP Visa (approved/refused) for Sep 2013 intake from New Delhi?

Hi Azhar,

On what basis are you considering NZ/Ireland/Europe. Do these countries also offer similar PR options as Canada post study. Please share your research if any.

So now then here we are.

6 weeks completed and I am just 4 weeks away from breaking the record (of sorts) of 10 Weeks processing time and my visa file is getting full support from the Strike (Equal Pay for Equal Work)

3 emails sent to CHC in 3 weeks and no response. VFS has standard answer ... please contact NEW Delhi CHC ... email/phone/fax/mail.

However good news is that I have got very good a job offer and now whatever the visa decision comes out I will be on a safe side.

and @ Manish bro .... NZ is a sureshot PR thing and one can also work in Australia freely with NZ PR , obviously terms and conditions apply but we can do it. Ireland not too good ... not bad kind of an option and doing some more research on it and in Europe its not so easy to get PR as its a lengthy process. Hopefully in coming weeks I will have more info on it and would share.

Does anyone in their personal experience or in their friend circle know someone whose visa decision was made after a processing of 50 Days / 7 weeks?
Just curious to know the visa approval rate after this much of a delay in processing....

Any info would be appreciated.

@azhar bro ur case is so special for them oh my god its too long for decision under spp i hvnt seen case yet in india normally visa come in a week.

Friends, i applied for a Canadian student visa on 12th nov,2012.. I received a letter on 16th jan,13., concerning the authenticity of my educational documents,i was given 30 days time to make any representations..so, on 6th feb,i submitted a letter from the university confirming my education along with the attested transcripts... The application is still under processing, i tried to reach them many times through mail,e-mail, fax etc.. No info from the chc, so i directly hadhad knocked the door in Delhi on 10th,jun..i was advised that my application will be finalised and sent through vfs today or tomorrow (10th or 11th,jun).. I haven't heard from them till now.. KINDLY ADVISE ME BROTHERS, WOT CAN I DO?? I actually forgot i ever had a pp.

Which intake did you originally apply for ... Jan 2013 isn't it?

10th-- 84%,
12th-- 82.3%,
b.tech-- 76.2%,
ielts--7-bands
I received a letter from the CHC on 16th jan,2013(2 months after i applied) concerning the authenticity of my educational documents which i submitted in support of my app, i submitted them with a letter from the university confirming my education along with the attested copies from the university on 6th feb,2013.( i received the documents from the university on 29th itself, but my mom advised to send them on 6th feb,2013. as it was a good day, she felt)
i applied to lambton college for jan,2013 intake(information technology and web design).. i also got admit from uoit(meng) for may,2013.. i thought i'll change to university after reaching to canada.. i thought is not active as of now though..
I reached to CHC uninformed, the security allowed me to fill the enquiry form after explaining my situation to them, i carried all my originals everything needed if they should ask, but they did'nt ask for anything.. they just informed me that my file will be processed and sent in a day or two.. i cant explain how every min haunting me from 12th jun... i still did not hear from them..

Yes bro , I dunno y they r doing this to me.. i did'nt submit anything fraudulent..secondly, if they have any problem with my application, they could atleast advise me with a definitive time frame for the final result, so that i can plan to my future.. i am not understanding how to square with these guys..
