Anyone got SPP Visa (approved/refused) for Sep 2013 intake from New Delhi?

Hey Azar... yes brother it would 5th month in a week.. and yeah my
10th-- 84%,
12th-- 82.3%,
b.tech-- 76.2%,
ielts--7-bands
I received a letter from the CHC on 16th jan,2013(2 months after i applied) concerning the authenticity of my educational documents which i submitted in support of my app, i submitted them with a letter from the university confirming my education along with the attested copies from the university on 6th feb,2013.( i received the documents from the university on 29th itself, but my mom advised to send them on 6th feb,2013. as it was a good day, she felt)
i applied to lambton college for jan,2013 intake(information technology and web design).. i also got admit from uoit(meng) for may,2013.. i thought i'll change to university after reaching to canada.. i thought is not active as of now though..
I reached to CHC uninformed, the security allowed me to fill the enquiry form after explaining my situation to them, i carried all my originals everything needed if they should ask, but they did'nt ask for anything.. they just informed me that my file will be processed and sent in a day or two.. i cant explain how every min haunting me from 12th jun... i still did not hear from them..

What do you think in your personal opinion that may have caused this delay? Which board and college did you study from? Is your college or university in any controversy that may have triggered suspicion of fake marksheets or a fraudulently obtained degree in the mind of visa officer processing your file?

its 2 more weeks since your visit to CHC .... are you planning to re-visit New Delhi CHC next week or so ... if yes .... then let me know I would also join you as my case is also long pending and 7 weeks passed without any decision and no response of my emails from them.

Hey Azar.. okay i got your point.. Im from university of Allahabad in uttar pradesh, and there is no controversy on the university till date... btw it is not private so you can consider that there would'nt be a chance to make fake degree's.. in my personal point of view -- I applied for a visit visa on 16th july,2012 which was refused, under improper documentation grounds... if that should be a prob,im still annoyed with the time frame, If they want to cross verify still i dont understand the time they are taking, Im sure my documents are unquestionable.. my dearest friends,who completed there b.tech from the same university, left to canada for the same intake..

So now 7 weeks have passed and this week and month will end in next 3 working days.
Kishore bro 1st week of July is not too far .... Do let me know the exact date between 1-5 July , so that I can take an off from my new office.
As emails/fax/post are not being answered , a visit in person is the only way left.

i had done attachment for all d marksheet. only on passport i dint do, because had submitted original.
i had filled all the forms, had done it through global opportunities, 11th june had submitted in delhi chc.
no sop or bank statement i had give. had just mentioned the amout of liquid funds $50000 thats it.
my passport was blank. no travel history. got my visa on 25 june
nothing else was submitted fro my end.

10th - 74%
12th - 61%
b.com - 64%
ielts 6.5bands.
going for ibm from centennial college. since i had done b.com so opted for IBM

i have a problem,i applied for scotia bank student gic program based before paying my tuition fees(sended them fleming college offer letter) but my mind changed and i got offer letter from humber college and i payed the tuition fees but the problem is that i had earlier applied for scotiabank student gic and i had sended them offfer letter of fleming college,so i sended them mail regarding change of offer letter.they replied and told me to send the new offer letter self attested,i sended them the new offer letter but they haven't replied its been 8 days(if we dont count holidays). in the subject line i didnt write the word "follow up" but everything is correct,so why are they taking so much time,does anyone else have the same problem? is it alright to call them?

so finally is over 50 Days of my file being "under processing'
I had a not so good dream last night too regarding my application's decision and now also getting a bit worried for the outcome which honestly i was not till about a couple of days ago.

Now the month of June is getting over in 2 working days and i don't know if there is going to be any result or not.

Azhar - Don't worry, be patient, In Sha Allah you WILL get your VISA very soon. Have trust!! Not sure if this helps but trust me, you will get it!!
