Hello po! I need your help guys. Meron ksi ako hindi dineclare na job nung nag apply ako ng student visa kasi hndi ako nakakuha ng certificate of employment. This time, i'll be applying again and idedeclare ko sya. Is it okay lg ba? Chinecheck ba nung VO yung previous application mo?

PS kanina, Dec 14, sa Vancouver sa linya ng mga international student gettign their student permit may pinay raw na pinunit student permit sa harapan niya at sarcastic daw kasi mga sagot.
You should know how to answer the officers in the port of entry kasi getting the visa is not the end of the process. Its getting the student permit.
Thanks for your response kapatid! Yung nga eh one of the reasons i got refused was bcos of employment prospects. This time idedeclare ko nsya. Btw, for the proof of fund po, meron 800k php yung dad ko in the bank. If we add additional money today ok lang ba? Or dapat 6 mos old talaga yung money sitting in the bank? Thanks po sa mga mkareply
Ano pong mga documents ang ipapakita pag retired na? Pwede bang bank certificate lang?

Ok lang magdagdag kasi sa 800k mo halos naabot mo na quota. Indi naman siya biglaang lahat ng 800k lumabas. What I mean is may pera na siya 4 months prior pa lang. meron kasing nangungutang lang ng pera may maipakita lang at indi gagamitin na pangastos.29Torrjane said:

Cos aside from his pension, he's still working as a supervisor in a private company so we included his cert of employment na din. What other source of income pa ba ur sponsor has aside from pension? You can include that. Like agriculture, farm.elladayrit said:

4. TRAVEL HISTORY
CAIPS SUMMARY of REFUSAL
Applying to TAke Post-Deg Diploma in Biz Admin, 2 yrs. LOA indicates 16 week practicum. Sister to cover costs. I note modest annual income for declared employment of PA - PHP340K. Own funds/savings of PA low - bank balance of PHP226k shows ave. daily balance of PHP11k, I note limited travel history - Asia. PA is married, has 2 dep children. Spouse applying for open WP. Study plan seen. Unclear why PA is taking program at this time or why a similar program would not have been pursued until this time locally or regionally at less cost and higher convenience given the costs. While PA presents related educ (Biz Admin, 2002), it is unclear how program of study is relevant to PA's declared work experience (customer service rep). I note PA has not had any further educ taken since 2002. Presents weak econ ties to the home country, to compel departure from Canada after a period of stay. Appl refused. Appln of spouse is also refused.
Any thoughts guys or recommendation?? I wanted to NOT pursue CANADA anymore but my sibling who's a citizen there is pushing us to make a work around and get through this. I know I need to work on my Study plan and address things that are not clear to the VO pero hirap mag compose ulit.. :'( Regarding my study program being not related to my work experience as noted by VO, dapat ba akong mag change course?? I really dont know. I need to find a way pa how to increase our personal savings account -- magkano ba talaga dapat nakadeposit sa savings accounts when I am sponsored by my sibling, and she has presented I think well enough funds around 20CAD plus my own saving of around PHP 200K. they also noted abt my limited travel history.. I am not sure if it will work best that I apply muna on a visitor visa in CAnada?? My sister wanted that we try visitor visa for now if approved then i get to visit canada by MArch when I get back, by July re-apply then for student visa but still Im all confused kung ano talaga gagawin.. waaaaa :'( :'( please heeelllppppp!

Hi! I'll be applying again for SP and since the embassy didn't send back all my documents (just my passport and refusal letter lang talaga), do I need to undergo medical exam again? Or automatic na na my result ako dun when they check my new application?
