We need help po, 1st cousin ko po nag apply non sds for jan 2022 intake; narefused po sya 2 times na.
1st refusal purpose of visit at proof of funds,
2nd refusal are home ties at financial status.

Plano po namin mag reapply for 3rd time, ako po ang sponsor at husband ko po ang sa accomodation,

I paid 1sem of her tuition and 500k pesos ang showmoney nya sa account at yong sa bank savings ko 32k. Nag apply na po sya ng notes para makita ang details ng refusals.
Any suggestions/ ideas po para mapa strong ang approval po nya? Makakatulong po kaya kung may gic sya?

I suggest you pay 1 year and 10k GIC if single 20k if Family.

Hello there! Anyone applied for student visa and was approved recently? I checked the processing time and it is much shorter now, 8 weeks. I’m just actually waiting for my LOA. The school have already sent me an offer of admission.

Hi po. Just wanna ask if need ko pa po ilagay ang visa refusal from Korea for tourist visa in my study permit application? I got a refusal kasi I failed to prove daw na I will return to the Phils after my stay in Korea. I submitted the needed docs naman and sufficient funds but I got a refusal parin. I just got the refusal of tourist visa today and planning to apply for study permit soon.

No need ilagay sa SOP.. Pagkakaalala ko isa sa mga form na ffillupan mo dun mo siya idedeclare..

Yes, everything should be declared regardless of the reason. It is better to be honest in all your answers. The visa officers will still be able to verify it in their global information system.

It may or may not. If you read through different threads in this forum, marami po ang may previous multiple visa rejections pero eventually na-approved naman. Kailangan lang po i-declare to avoid misrepresentation which could result in a 5-yr ban.
