Welcome, para sakin mas malaki chance ng refusal kapag SP tapos TRV lang yung spouse, iba2x din advice na mas mabuti SP lang muna tapos susunod ang owp, pero kami sinabay namin, sa awa ng Diyos na approve kami sabay, meron kasi ako nabasa, na una ang decision ng SP bago OWP.

Hello, meron na reject dito OWP, SP lang ng spouse o partner ang na approve.

Salamat babies! Bigla nmn ako ngworry dito. Kya so far sice ako sponsor kay hubby paunahin ko muna sya. You are blessed pinagsabay kau spouse mo. D ko prn nffigure out kasi how will i get OWP after. Impt for now siguro SP ni hubby tpos bahala n after. Bisitahin ko muna sya dun.. Goodthing ngTRV muna pala kme muna kasi may cases din n refusals dito sa thread.

To answer some questions, Since there are mixed results with applying SP and OWP at the same time, we opted for me to apply first. Now, we're applying for my wife and baby. On top of the ones I presented, baka dagdagan po namin ng land titles and extra cash. Do note that when I applied, may letter po ako from my uncle stating na libre niya ang board and lodging ko I also explained our business plan for the course I will take (Enterprise Development) in our SOP.

Thank you, oo nga, sobrang blessed kasi sabay na approve saka hindi na prolong agony namin kahihintay! yes, mabuti na meron na kayo TRV para pwede mo siya bisitahin dun, pwede ka mag apply ng OWP while in Canada pero case to case, kasi sa link na binigay ko kay jowna http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/helpcentre/answer.asp?q=172&t=17 sabi hindi pwede, pero depende sa case nyo, parang pwede na pag may SP na hubby mo.

Walang anuman, pero kung gusto nyo sabay talaga kayo, try kayo apply SP & OWP ng sabay, baka ma approve din dahil may point si Tipsy na meron kayo TRV so maliit chances na ma reject!

Thanks tipsy magdilang anghel ka sana lahat ba kau here DIY application tru online. I mean anyone of you dumaan ng Agency/consultancy s Pinas. Pingiisipan kasi nmin HUbby if dadaan p kme s CVE(commonwealth visa expertise) certified nmn ncheck n rn nmin kaso still contemplating about hiring a representative para sana mas maayos at mas malaking chances for the application ( hopefully lang naman) kasi somehow they know what to put or not s application for approval. Thanks grace! I was also inspired kase sa iba dito na nareject dati pero nagpersevere pa rin. Ika nga, when there's a will, there's a way.

For me lang, kahit di gaano ka strong yung documents nyo, as long as you explain everything thoroughly in your SOP, there's always a chance. And don't forget to use polite and humble words in your SOP. Yun lang ginawa ko.
