wala akong ITR kasi OFW ako. Sinubmit ko bank statement for the full history since 2009 then sinabi ko sa SOP ko wala akong asset.

I am going to wait for the result of my 2nd application, which I'm pretty sure is going to be refused again, and then lodge another one with my uncle as sponsor.

may pera ka na naman di ba? I don't think you need sponsor. I guess you just need to focus on the reason for refusal. sabihin mo na you are not going to look for a job but rather you will need the knowledge you will gain sa business mo. tpos sabihin mo na when you were young, undecided ka pa sa bachelor and interest mo until you come out of building a business of your own. Gusto mo hands-on ka sa business mo and you want it to improve by your own self by using the knowledge and skills na madedevelop mo after taking the studies in Canada.

in terms of travel history, sabihin mo I got rejected to USA and accepted their decision with respect. You don't go to USA and neither have any plans to violate any immigration law.

in terms of funds, sabhin mo marami kang assets sa pinas and have no plans of selling rather you have plans of acquiring more.

ganun lang...tapos sabihin mo na I am a bonafide student and I hope you also consider me as one.

Thank you talaga tipsy for taking time in analyzing my situation. I have tried your suggestions before and will try them again in my next application but with a sponsor na. Nagkasundo na kasi kami ng uncle ko na i-sponsor niya ako.

I'm waiting for his letter and other documents which he said na by the end of the month nya ipapadala sa akin via email. Maybe by that time, may result na sa 2nd application ko and pwede na ako mag lodge ulit.

Hi Tipsy, inquire ko lang kasi Ive read from a long time post and somewhere sa CIC ***di ko na ma-recall*** na dapat yong funds mo should be coming from your immediate family member, spouse, or common-law. But in your case, you acquired an amount from a friend. Pwede pala un?

Also, inquire ko na rin yung case ni gracethewanderer, Bakit di sya pwedeng sumabay sa application if sya yong sponsor? Sa case ko kasi, at least 75% ng cost ko for teh 2 year course is nasa account ni partner. And we're planning to lodge my SP and OWP sa kanya.

Nakausap namin ni hubby mismo international student manager ng school. Advice nya na mauna si hubby para malaki daw po chances na maapprove yung application then once he got in na. Sunod ako sa kanya after 3-6months (under visit visa) then apply na ko mismo dun for SOWP. He gave me this advise base on the stories ng mga Filipino students nya. So. Wondering lang ako if they will approve me in time magApply ako SOWP. Not unless mgpakita guro ako huge amount of money That will cover the rest of his program..

Hi po. Im base in riyadh. Di kame pwde magsabay kasi ako Sponsor nya eh they recommend n mauna n muna si hubby s toronto then visit visit muna ako tpos within Canada na ko aapply for SOWP kasi pag umuwi pa daw ako pinas it will take time to process mas mabilis raw pag nandun na. Hehe.

Hi Grace, nalilito din ako sa mga cases na na-ishare ng mga members natin dito...One thing is sure though, depende talaga sa case ng applicant then how the applicant justifies their case. Malapit na ako mag-lodge ng application

we are in the very early stage of choosing a school pa lang. and plano din sana namin magtake siya ng English course dun to adapt better though I think he can easily get the required ielts score. any thoughts about this guys?

Hi Jowna,opo im familiar with the place. Nililipad ko po yan (not to mention,FA po kasi ako) hihi. Ako lang po nsa Saudi. My hubby is in Manila. So we are praying hard na sana this Application will be the way for us to be together. I heard or i saw some post here that once galing daw ng saudi exempted sa Medical? But not sure if STUDENT permit un or SOWP rin ???

Yup. Iba iba talaga cases saka i think depende s VO talaga or should i say depende sa Documents mo on how complete at strong ung mga pinasa mo. Good thing there is a forum like this na we can share di ba? Actually. Ang laking tulong nito forum kaya rin kame nakakuha hubby TRV. lahat ng questions mo about canada visa may makukuha ka sagot. So goodluck to us for this new application.

Sabay ba kayo spouse mo magAaply?? In our case kasi im afraid at advice na wag magsabay kasi bukod sa ako sponsor nya baka isipin ng VO di na kame babalik magAsawa since wala pa kame anak(2 yrs married) pa lang. Though iniisip ko rin po if pwde pakita asset sa pinas atleast for them to know may babalikan talaga kame back home.. :

Hi Jowna, yung case ko naman is common-law spouse ko kasama ko. May 10 months baby girl kami but we opted not to apply for her TRV. May consultancy business ako but yung earner talaga and may savings is si misis. Medjo hesitant din ako to take college course in canada kasi katatapos ko lang ng masters...as in days ago palang. I opted in Canada kasi may renewable energy sila na course na wala dito sa pinas. Yung masters ko naman is too theoretical. Anyway, to cut the long story, mag OWP si wife. For several months, I have been thinkig on how to make our home ties stronger.

parang applicable ata yun sa mga residents ng saudi. so I guess included tayo dun irregardless kung ano type of application.

nung nagvisit kayo last year, san ka nag apply ng trv? dito or sa pinas?

siguro kung makakabalik ka pa sa work mo dito pwede mo gawing reason yun kaya di ka magstay dun. which is what we will try to do ni hubby.

I see. yung business mo will not be enough as home tie? personally I don't think leaving your baby girl will help kasi anytime you can get her naman...

nakapag apply ka na ng school? when are you planning to submit your application?

hirap nga mag provide ng stronger home ties. di mo malaman kung ano exactly hanap nila. pero I guess kung magiging honest ka na for career development ang reason for studying there, I guess you'll be ok.
