Anyone applied a Student Permit from Philippines?

nakapag apply ka na ng school? when are you planning to submit your application?

hirap nga mag provide ng stronger home ties. di mo malaman kung ano exactly hanap nila. pero I guess kung magiging honest ka na for career development ang reason for studying there, I guess you'll be ok.

For me, enough reason yong business ko rito with the huge demand of alternative renewable energy in the years to come, which I believed naman would give me more economic advantage in the Philippines than Canada. Pero, di talaga natin hawak yung pag-iisip ng VO. What we can do is to write a good SOP detailing our intentions and future plans.

Yes. Winter 2016 yubg intake ko sa Centennial College, Toronto. I will pay na my seat reservation this tuesday and will have to request pa to change my intake from september to January...Hindi pa na change ng coordinator yong intake ko, thinking na pwede akong humabol this fall..kaso, di ko agad natapos thesis ko so I need to defer it to January. I still have to meet tight deadlines for me to be able to apply via online. Yug IELTS ko this 27th, yong NBI ko naman may hit ako so pending pa muna, yung transcript ko this 1st week of July pa available, release order ng ausaid 1st week ng july after release ng transcript...so, review muna ako ng IELTS, baka bumagsak lol not to mention, I still have to write the SOP...

Sa kakaisip ko nga to strengthen my documentation sa home ties namin, sabi ni scorpio TMI na raw lol....pero, I cant help thinking kung anong evidence pa ang required to really show that I am and will be a bonafide student ng canada. lol

update update lang. nalilito pa kami kung ano gagawin namin eh. yaan ko lang din muna magpractice for ielts si hubby while selecting a school.

peeps pwede ba na mareject ang owp request ko but still be given a trv for me and my son to come and stay together with hubby while he studies?

supposedly we are all going to apply at the same time. or pag refused ang isang request automatic refused lahat? ???

parang applicable ata yun sa mga residents ng saudi. so I guess included tayo dun irregardless kung ano type of application.

nung nagvisit kayo last year, san ka nag apply ng trv? dito or sa pinas?

siguro kung makakabalik ka pa sa work mo dito pwede mo gawing reason yun kaya di ka magstay dun. which is what we will try to do ni hubby.

Meron kame tinatawag n Suspended contract pero 10 months lang maybe i can talk to my Manager to ask proof for that then wag na indicate kung gano katagal baka kasi (10 months) lang din bgay na SOWP validity

This April 2015 lang kame pumunta hubby. We applied online for TRV. then yung Passport request na sa CIC umuwi ako pinas within 30days dapat maipasa un. So around 2-3 days nila kinuha passport namin for visa stamping s VAC makati. Meron ata sa Riyadh din.

Hey erwin! Heto, nag apply ulit. Refused kasi yung unang application ko. Reapply nang reapply hanggang makakuha ng visa. Hehehe!

By the way, sa mga nagka visa na, did you submit your ITR with your application? Tingin ko kase di sila convinced sa financial status ko dahil di ako nagsubmit ng ITR ko kaya ako na refused.

Kumusta ka nga pala dyan erwin?

I did submit 3 years ITR Floje, 2014, 2013, 2012 pero parang hindi mo na kailangan ah! Hehehe

Hi babies, ask ko lang po if ako ung spouse and will apply for SOWP ill be exempted din po ba for medical for im working in Saudi arabia din po.

Dec 15,2015 na received ng CIO din bumalik May na..

mahirap kasi dami na naming anak, 3 na so im not sure if papayagan kami.. Besides, diba hindi pwede sabay mg.apply ng stud visa and owp? kasi sa nabasa ko you can only apply owp within canada

Pwede sabay2x SP, OWP ska TRV para sa mga anak, ganun ginawa namin ng GF ko, SP & OWP sabay.

Hi jowna, meron na reject ang owp, so automatic rejected din ang trv, wla pa akong nabasa na trv lang na approve kahit owp ung application, for trv ng kids, possible na approve n reject. Refused lahat pag rejected ang SP, hope nasagot ko tanong mo! valid na man pero kaya lang, depende pa rin sa VO kung convinced siya, pray & good luck!

Welcome, para sakin mas malaki chance ng refusal kapag SP tapos TRV lang yung spouse, iba2x din advice na mas mabuti SP lang muna tapos susunod ang owp, pero kami sinabay namin, sa awa ng Diyos na approve kami sabay, meron kasi ako nabasa, na una ang decision ng SP bago OWP.

Hmmm, parang hindi pwede mag apply within Canada if you're already there as a visitor, eto yata link na makaka sagot diyan: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/helpcentre/answer.asp?q=172&t=17 pero case to case ata, depende sa situation, double check na lang.
