By the way, sa mga nagka visa na, did you submit your ITR with your application? Tingin ko kase di sila convinced sa financial status ko dahil di ako nagsubmit ng ITR ko kaya ako na refused.

For me, either coming back to the PH or KSA, pero parang mas favorable yata sakin kung sa KSA dahil diyan kayo nanirahan at nagtatrabaho, plus exempted ang KSA sa medicals which could expedite the processing! Hehehe

Depende talaga sa documents, proofs na i.submit nyo kung ma convince ang VO, fortunately na approve ang SP ng GF ko & OWP ko recently, thank God, wala pa nga lang kami anak!

i can see that your hubby has a very good profile. plus if he can get a letter from his employee na he only needs a proper education for his qualifications sa jobs nya, mas mabuti yun. i think they are not that strict sa graphic/media design dito. business administration naman hindi din strict sa previous academic records.

Yes, pwede isama family for Student Visa, it depends if you can prove to the VO that you will go home after studies.

Dec 15,2015 na received ng CIO din bumalik May na..

mahirap kasi dami na naming anak, 3 na so im not sure if papayagan kami.. Besides, diba hindi pwede sabay mg.apply ng stud visa and owp? kasi sa nabasa ko you can only apply owp within canada

Hi po. Im base in riyadh. Di kame pwde magsabay kasi ako Sponsor nya eh they recommend n mauna n muna si hubby s toronto then visit visit muna ako tpos within Canada na ko aapply for SOWP kasi pag umuwi pa daw ako pinas it will take time to process mas mabilis raw pag nandun na. Hehe.

My sponsors are my brother, a Canadian citizen and my friend here in UAE. S brother ko, he gave me a letter stating that I will stay to his house while I'm studying for two years including meals, then copy of his mortgage ng house but no bank statement kc wala naman daw silang pera plus citizen ID. Then yung friend ko, letter lang din stating na since 2004 kilala nya ko and she is supporting my studies as we are planning to build a company once I am done, attached ako PDC date Jul 1, 2015 with amount equivalent to CAD 10k, bank statement nya at employment certificate stating her salary plus passport and UAE visa copy.

All simple letter not notarized.

Also, inquire ko na rin yung case ni gracethewanderer, Bakit di sya pwedeng sumabay sa application if sya yong sponsor? Sa case ko kasi, at least 75% ng cost ko for teh 2 year course is nasa account ni partner. And we're planning to lodge my SP and OWP sa kanya.

pwede cguro...hahaha. Gracia na tatanggi pa ba ako? I mean I have read a lot of posts dito sa fourm at usually yung iba uncle, lola etc. But I guess ok din ang uncle kasi one of the pinoy from UAE got his visa thru his uncle's sponsorship.

Actually, not to mention, may huge funds talaga ako. I just needed to make my home ties stronger. kaya humingi ako ng letter of sponsorship sa friend ko at sabihin na we will build our company after my studies. kaya if you see kahit walng bank statement c kuya ko, ok lang din. Normally, when you sponsor someone kahit sa kapatid mo providing house and meals mabigat din na pera yun. tapos 4 kids and housewife lang asawa nya. So kung tutuusin burden ako sa kanila un ang pedeng isipin ni VO kaso may funds naman ako na more than enough pa for my stay sa Canada ng 2 yrs.
