any update in your application for SP and SOWP? We almost have same timeline, we applied last April 2021 and still no final decision up to now.I applied in March for SP+SOWP. Still no result

Question po, ang situation po eh may anak po 'yong pinsan ko sa Pilipinas. Yung pinsan ko po eh PR dito sa Canada, kinuha ng asawa niya, pero hindi po ni-declare ni kuya na may anak siya kasi ayaw po ng una niyang asawa. Balak po sana mag apply ng anak niya for SP. Kung ilalagay po ng anak ni kuya na nandito sa Canada si kuya, may magiging effect po ba yun sa pinsan ko?

Gusto ko lang po malinawan I am apokying for SP thru Inscol andito kame ng husband ko sa Saudi, yung pangbayad po ng tuition ko is mangagaling dito sa bank account ko, while i have 500k sa BDO, ok na po ba yung POF or i still need more in Ph bank, salamat po sa makakasagot.

Family of 3 po kmi, yung course ko is 2 year program.. required funds is $17,000 per year, since 2 year program course ko funds namin na pinakita is $34,000 plus tuition fee ($30,000), tpos sinobrahan ko na para sure.
Still waiting brother. Submitted last May 4th for myself, wife and child. Nothing has moved since then.
Getting anxious and if nothing moves by July 15, will have to look into Jan'23 deferral already.

Well, one may ask, what are the factors that lead to tier 2 or tier 3? ( more and most complex cases which likely lead to refusal)
One of those is compliance among similar cases. That means if you are a Filipino national with a bachelor's degree who got admission from College A at study level 1, you are more likely to be non-compliant to IRPA or, otherwise, not a genuine student.
But you're not alone. Many NGOs, lawyers, and student advocates criticize the chinook system. The Immigratic platform has also developed a similar tool that uses pattern recognition technology and rank applications. The best part is it's FREE for all students.
So please, before deciding on where to study, what to study, etc., get your ImmiReport and see what statistically gives you a better chance of approval.

Only update was medical passed for me and my son last July 8. Weirdly enough, my wife's medical still has not been updated.
