Anyone applied a Student Permit from Philippines?

Tama. We just decided to apply in that category kase alam namin na eligible ang spouses eh. Di naman kase dapat talaga mag work kapag may open work permit ka di ba?

Ang pagkakaalam ko dapat nag aapply ng open work permit kapag nasa loob na ng Canada.

So parang husband goes into study visa and upon landing apply for TRV for wife.
Once wife is in Canada she will apply for Open work permit.
Pwede pala magapply agad ng OWP habang nasa pinas pa ang narereject rin pala.

I don't think it matters talaga if you apply for the study permit together with your spouses OWP. Meron ding isang forumer dito, si Babies, kasama sila mag apply ng common-law partner nya. Yung partner nya study permit while sya OWP. Approved both applications nila.

Regarding travel history, sa first application ko sa study permit ko, na deny ako with reasons including travel history. I had no travel history back then. Sinabi ko di ako mahilig mag travel sa 2nd application ko, ayun na approve naman.

Hello po, I'm new in this forum. My niece got refusal on her application for study permit. Reason: outdated daw yun acceptance letter sa school. But 100% sure na nag submit siya ng bagong acceptance letter dahil nagpadala yun school ng bago dahil delayed yun medical niya. Please help what to do.

Then reapply with the new acceptance letter if yang lang ang reason for refusal.

Hello! Welcome to the forum! You can make an appeal pero sabi nila it takes time. Mas mabuti na mag reapply na lang ulit and then mention it sa SOP na na refuse sa 1st application kase daw outdated yung acceptance letter.

Kaya nga po work permit dahil magwork, and visitor visa dahil di magwork. Di naman siguro siya tatawaging work kung di magwork or visitor visa kung magwork hehehe

Actually Emily, bake pwede PA Nino mahabol using CSE if Napa tunAyan na may error sa assessment ng application.

Regarding the application for my spouse and son, nasal Pilipinas PA po ako Jung nag apply sila ng open work and try. They Applied right after na hawk ko na visa. As in literal na pagkakuha ko visa, nag submit na sila Ora Mismo

Hello po.. Second document request ko kahapon. Requesr Letter is dated 27/04, sa baba may grace period na nilagay na 14 days to provide.. but then "These documents must be received by 27/04"

Since wala pa po yung Police Clearance ko from Singapore, nagprovide po ako ng signed letter of explanation yesterday and all my trackings (email, receipt at lahat ng progress details ko sa pagpprocess ng PC) and upload them sa cic account since mas concern po ako sa 27/04 na deadline..

And today, 4pm this afternoon, nareceived ko na ung PC ko from SG.. grabe! Nakakaloka..

My question po is pwede ko pa po ba ihabol yung Police clearance ko? I mean, pwede ko pa po ba sya iupload ulit?

Just an update. They have sent me another document request letter hahahaha! Since letter of explanation lang ang naprovide ko nung 2nd doc request, they now gave me 45days to provide my Singapore Police Clearance.
Ive replied and upload the said document agad agad today! Jusku. Sana naman maging ok na!

Im about to lodge my application pero nagdadalawang isip parin ako if isassbay ko na si common law. Balak kasi namin is if ever lang mabiyayaan ako ng student visa, mag aapply si common law ng owp right away. Althoug kinakabahan ako kasi baka isipin ng visa officer na sa application ko sinabi kong di ko isasama si common law then biglang ito siya, mag aapply ng owp kasi na approve visa ko. Really torn about it. The only reason kung bakit di ko siya masabay ay dahil kukulangin na ang funds ko. At least pag mag isa siya nag apply as owp, may sarili siyang funds.

Advise naman po sa mga same situation ko
