ano po ang dapat i-tick sa type of application ng accompanying spouse na mag aapply ng open work permit sa family information form IMM5645? Visitor or Worker? salamat.

Sa mga kumuha po ng Police Clearance sa UAE (sa Abu Dhabi sakin), yung sa inyo po ba expiry niya yung expiry ng Emirates ID niyo? Sakin kasi oo eh mageexpire na yung sakin. Kala ko atleast 6 months siya

Philippine is one of those countries that needs medical examination.
It is not mandatory for everyone but from Philippines it is.
Yung medical is like an additional document.
Marerefuse ka pa rin kahit nagsubmit ka na ng medical.
Ang hindi ka marerefuse is kapag nirequest na nila passport mo kasi tatakan na nila ito ng visa.






On a side note instead of spamming 3 questions be resourceful and starts back reading while waiting for answers, like everyone else.

Hi Mr. Dante wag ka po malungkot hehe, Si Kapatid super helpful maswerte tayo at talagang matiyaga sila sumasagot sa mga queries natin, cguro suggestion nya po un to back read kc lahat ng katanungan mo ngaun at magiging katanungan mo in the future matatagpuan mo sa mga past convo, ganyan din po ako sayo kaya dont be upset po, haha be ready bawal ang sensitive sa canada hihi just like my boss and colleagues very straight forward cla pero theres nothing personal its just there nature. Suggesting back-reading prevents questions from being asked over and over and over again po. Halos lahat po ng nasa forum na successfully nakarating dito, nag back read po and karamihan sa kanila, bihira mag post kasi nabasa na nila sagot sa tanong nila. How do I now? Kasi nagpapasalamat sila via personal message ;D

Think of it as good practice when you get here kasi they expect you to have prepared and did your research even before you dwell into your task.

But to answer your question, there is no guarantee na ma-approve yung application just because of it. Marami dito na nag post noon na na-medical passed na pero denied pa din. And like what kapatid said, ok na if may PPR na... but it will depend sa boarder pag naglanding ka na Kaya kelangan naka smile po lagi ;D

oo nga backread muna hanggang post 1 hehe, true bawal ang balat sibuyas dito sa canada dahil puro prangka sila hahaha. madami din ako nabasa na kahit pasado sa medical rejected naman application, meron din may TRV/or any visa/permit pagdating sa border at nainterview ng cbsa pinapauwi hehehe

Kung nag babackread at hindi ka nag-sspam then good job.
I'm just worried na hindi ka titigil kakaspam hangat hindi mo nakukuha sagot mo.
Someone has to tell you to stop. Kung hindi man ako nagsabi sayo meron ring iba na magsasabi.
Pero since hindi ka naman nagsspam then all is good.

I agree wala namang masama sa tanong mo.

Kung nalungkot kaman dahil pinagsabihan ka na magbackread wala na ako magagawa diyan kasi feelings mo yan.

Hi, i arrived yesterday here in Canada.. evwrything well, the immigration officer only asked me to show her my school papers and thats it, she handed me over my study permit. Now that im here na, ung family ko naman ang kukuha ng visa, sobrang miss na miss ko na sila agad sana makasunod sila agad..
