I believe you need to use a new email ID when you recreate a withdrawn profile. No changes to job bank on Nov 19 so you should have got the 4 digit code for activation.shasai said:I created a new profile with same email id and successfully created with additional points.

Yes you need the code to link your EE profile with Job Bank. You will not get an ITA irrespective of your score as your profile status must be showing "pending". I think they changed after 19-Nov. I too created a new profile and in my job bank it says "not applicable". It could be because we have arranged employment.
