I sent it last month on the 25th and the tracker shows it's in my city so I should have it by tomorrow I guess.

I think all we can do is wait, hope and pray.. My paper application reached Nov 20th with passport attached, express post envelope attached too.
I just cancelled my flight yesterday with a penalty fee.
My return envelope tracker is not yet activated too. Its exactly a month today that CIC received my application. :
