Any TRV applications within Canada??

I think all we can do is wait, hope and pray.. My paper application reached Nov 20th with passport attached, express post envelope attached too.
I just cancelled my flight yesterday with a penalty fee.
My return envelope tracker is not yet activated too. Its exactly a month today that CIC received my application. :

How much did you pay penalty fees? Just to know what to expect cuz that is waiting for me too

international flight cancellation penalty is around $300 on a $1800 ticket. (Emirates)

They just changed the info on cic website

"Last update: December 12, 2014

Processing times 14 days (Does not include document mailing time)

Working on applications submitted on November 28, 2014"

Allah knows better what they are now doing with 20th Nov Applications. Let's all pray and hope together that our tracker is activated v.soon InshaAllah. I paid $250 in total for flight cancellation.

I just saw that a guy applied on Nov 26th received his passport few days ago. It was approved and mailed to him on Dec 16th..

Did you guys try calling cic about yours?

call centre doesnt hv any info regarding the TRV.
they suggested to email them which i did.
u may try the same.

I hope my passport is just not lost! I am also OPNP candidate, and medical was done in April. I haven't received any response from there too for last 8months.. I don't know what is happening in CIC with our cases. It is v.frustrating..

Application sent on Dec 3rd, just checked online tracker. My passport was sent from Ottawa yesterday, and reached Mississauga this morning. Processing time 15 days, so info on their website is correct

I expect to receive it today or tomorrow

They said its on process on the 12th of Dec. No update after that.
