Applying for TRV with valid Study Permit but pending PGWP Approval

Hey guys, I have a valid TRV and Study Permit til July 30. I graduated Jan 20 and applied for PGWP Jan 21. Can I still apply for TRV before July 30? I need to travel back to home this October and I don’t think my PGWP will be approved anytime soon. Any help is appreciated. I just really miss home and I already sent IRCC the question via their fb

Your study permit expires 90 days after course completion so now you are on maintained status. You can try but expect it to be refused or just not processed. You should have PGWP response soon.

Thank you for the response! A bit worried that my PGWP would be delayed. In the website.The processing time is 7months now.
