Any Question on Express Entry---i will try to answer

HI guys, I am preparing the document for PR application under EE BCPNP. On my checklist, i am required to provide the following documents regarding my present job in Canada:
1. Employment record
2. Offer of Employment
3. Letter of Employment

I understand that I need to provide the pay stubs and Offer of Employment, which i have provided in my BCPNP application. But what is the Letter of Employment means? is that means employer recommendation letter? CIC did not provide explanation for this item. I hope someone can give me some advises.

Not mandatory to show funds for 6 months. But CIC does want to see 6 months back statement only to check if there have been any unexplained large fund transfers into your account. And that is only to confirm if you have taken a loan to showcase POF as that is not permissible.

This is Gajendra from kolkata, India. By profession I am a Software Analyst have 6 years exerience. I have done my ECA and IELTS exam. I am planning to create a EE profile on CIC before that I would like to know more about the Express entry procedure for immigration to Canada. I would like to know more about the following topics :

1. Should I hire any lawyer for account setup ?
No, it is not required. You already have done ECA and taken IELTS and now all you need to do get EE profile set-up is to fill application online with the information you already know/have. The lawyer will just do data entry. I acknowledge that while filling forms, you will have many question and this is where this forum and internet comes into help. So you bottom line is you do not need a lawyer

2. I don't want to miss this opportunity in first chance so what should I do or arrange before I create EE profile ?
You have main thing - ECA, IELTS (hope your IELTS is minimum 6 in each band as this is required).

3. What is the next and best option or step for me right now ?
Create a EE profile and check your score. Currently the lowest EE CRS score that got invite is 453. If you score is less or near or little more, keep on the lookout for if you can apply for any provincial nomination program (provincial program if nominated gives you 600 points, which guarantees an ITA)

What do you teach exactly? For most regular college lecturers/assistant professors, it would be 4121. Do note that this NOC is regulated across certain professions including Engineering, medicine, law which would require you to obtain additional licences or certifications before teaching in Canada.

i am being entered into the express entry pool with 420 points and my consultant has suggested me to wait as hes predicting that the points will go down on the draw and there is a good chance i might be selected.

My bad and HR Canada's bad as well. 4121 is from NOC 2006 classification which has changed to 4011 under NOC 2011 but they are both listed equivalently at multiple places.

Input your primary NOC as 4011 while creating your EE profile. However, while searching the job bank use 4121/4011 to get better results.

4021 appears to lean towards vocational education instead of mainstream college/University teaching so maybe that's not the best fit for you. Read the job responsibilities of both 4011 and 4021 and decide which works better in your case.

I think 4021 suits me better as my employer is not a university. The reference letter it will provide would mention its name, not the university's name. Unfortunately, this isn't good for me because Saskatchewan PNP requires 4011 :'(

i have created my EE profile and an email received showing my EE profile number but i did not get my Job bank number.Moreover it is showing minimum requirement Met and i got 336 points but it is also showing additional criteria pending?what is that mean?Does my profile complete?why it is not showing job activation code?

You would've received the job bank verification code in your MyCIC account. You'll have to click on the New message and download a pdf which has this code. Alternatively, just login to job bank and input the last 4 digits of your passport and your EE profile will get activated.
